Hamilton, James "Jim" Kent (Jim Hamilton's Haulage) - after a courageous battle with Inclusion Body Myositis, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the age of 67 years. Jim Hamilton of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of Lyn Hamilton (nee Hampel). Father of Bonnie Bloedow (Sam) and Heather Walker (Steve), both of Pembroke. Pop to Robert Howarth (Tracy) & Brad Howarth (Taylor); and Carmen & Logan Walker. Great-Pop to Madison, Kaileigh & Hunter. Son of the late Maurice & Isabel Hamilton (nee Kuehl). Brother of Ron Hamilton (Helen), Pembroke and David Hamilton (Gail), Newmarket. Brother-in-law to Vera Zadow (the late Richard), Pembroke and the late Beverly Burchart (the late Clarence). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Respecting Jim's wishes, cremation will follow.
