Isobel Edith "Edie" Brumm

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the age of 95 years.                                                                                                               
Edie (nee Woito) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Donald Brumm. Mother of David Brumm (Pat), Ottawa; Susan Dupuis (Kevin Hoffman), Petawawa; and Peter Brumm, Erin. Grandma to Erin Brumm (Cory), Troy Linden (Ally), and Courtney Dupuis Haddad (David). Great-grandmother of Maddison-Rayne Schnurfeil. Survived by brother Ray Woito (Jo). Predeceased by her daughter Nancy Brumm, parents William and Caroline Woito (nee Melcher), sisters Rose Estabrooks (late Warren), Eleanor Watt (late B.G.), Margaret King (late Bill), Esther Corrigan (late Ross), and brother Harold Woito (late Marjorie). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.                                                                                                

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home. The family has organized a Graveside Service at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Boundary Rd., Pembroke will be held on Saturday, May 10th, at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Zion Lutheran Church, 454 Miller St., Pembroke. In lieu of flowers, for those wishing, donations in Edie's memory may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or The Grind.
