KIDD, Irene Lillian Peacefully in Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Friday January 28th, 2005 at the age of 90 years. Irene Kidd (nee Scott) formerly of River Rd., Pembroke, wife of the late Theodore Kidd. Dearly loved mother of Myrtle Davidson (late Harold), Oromocto, N.B.; Dorothy Chaput (Denis), Petawawa; and Roy Kidd, Pembroke. Grandmother to Lillian Laderoute (Tom), Ronald Davidson, Arnold Davidson (Laurie), Joan Brace (Randy), Cathy Mallett (Jervais), John Davidson (Diane), Betty McCoy (Danny), Elsie O'Neil (Michael) and Murray Kidd, all of New Brunswich; James Dent (Paula Lyons), Pembroke; and Debra Dent-Hopmans (Ernest), Toronto; twenty-two great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by son Elmer (Pat Bowden), grandson Bill Davidson, and by sister Eva McKeddie-Bernard (Scott), Renfrew; and brother Gordon (late Pansy Prescott), Sudbury, parents Francis and Christina Scott (nee Carnegie). Irene was past Worthy Mistress of the L.O.B.A. Lodge, over twenty year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxillary and a long time active member of the St. John's Ambulance, Pembroke. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Saturday 7 to 9 p.m.; Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Monday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Service in the Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. Spring interment in the Cobden Union Cemetery.
