HARRISON, Ireland Deirdra – passed away tragically on Sunday, March 24, 2024, having just celebrated her 23rd birthday.
Ireland Harrison of Beachburg, beloved daughter of proud parents David and Trisha Harrison (nee Feeney). The eldest of 3 girls, Ireland’s memory will live on in her best-friends and sisters, Hannah & Lily Harrison. Granddaughter of Poppy David & the late Granny Shirley Harrison and Papa Stephen & Grandma Bonnie Feeney. Ireland had strong family values. She loved connecting with her aunts, uncles, cousins and her dog Sadie. These values even extended to those she worked with - her work families.
Ireland was a kindred spirit who’s thirst for life, infectious smile, beauty, warm heart and open mind drew in those around her. A dedicated worker who loved nothing more than spending her free time with friends and family, listening to her beloved music while enjoying a gourmet meal she had prepared.
With a great curiosity and sense of adventure, she found happiness in the outdoors, often seen going for a run, spending time around a bonfire, or just hiking with her companion golden retriever Sadie.
Though taken too soon, Ireland lived a full beautiful life, enjoying all it offered. This sense of adventure and love of life is reflected in all she touched. She has left a loving mark that will last forever.
Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, April 4, 2024 and Friday, April 5, 2024 from 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. Ireland, true to her name and heritage, loved a good party with friends, family, music, good food and beverages.
