Our Mere, Ida Patterson (nee Randall) died on Monday, November 15, 2004.
We were all graced by her presence and loving spirit. She will be missed in this world and joyfully welcomed in the next, especially by her husband "Mup" A.A. (Pat) Patterson and 5 of her brothers. There are memories to share and so many things to say thank you for. Kelly Samson (Michael): It was you who showed my how to make others happy and always told me "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you". Because of you I learned to make others laugh, but yet learned to stand my ground. For this I will always be grateful, and I will never let anyone ever forget how wonderful a mother and mere you really were. Love always pee wee. Christopher Samson (Heather nee Badgley): Whatever game I wanted to play, especially parcheesi, you were always happy to play, including always letting me win. My love for you will never die. Cory Samson: no matter how down and out I was, you always knew how to make me smile. You will forever be in my heart and I was proud to have you as my grandma. Patricia Tamosetis (Larry): Thank you for leading me as gently through your death as you guided me through my life. Loff Lou. Sarah Tamosetis: From your shortbread cookies to you unconditional love and support, you will always be the best mere in the world. Jana Tamosetis: Merci pour ton amour, Mere. Je T'aime. How blessed we are to have been a part of her life.
As per her request there will be no visitation or funeral service. In lieu of flowers donations to the L. U. McCluskey Center, Marianhill MATCH Program, the V.O.N. or the Old Mission Brewery, Montreal would be graciously appreciated. Thank you to all of our friends for holding us so lovingly in their hearts. ARRANGEMENTS BY THE MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, PEMBROKE.
