HAMPEL, Ida Ethel Passed away peacefully at the Friendly Manor Nursing Home, Deseronto, on Monday, January 19, 2009 in her 100th year. Ethel Hampel (nee Teschner), formerly of Pembroke, wife of the late Edward Hampel. Dear mother of Roxanna Sheridan (late Maurice), Napanee; and the late Garry Hampel (Beverly). Grandmother of Tara Sheridan (Stuart Dean), Ottawa; and Erin Sheridan (fiancee John Martin), Keswick; as well as great-granddaughter Mackenzie. Predeceased by brothers Garnet & William, and step-brother Garnet. Daughter of the late Herman and Minnie Teschner (nee Stalkie). Survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Thursday from 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion/St. Timothy's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
