Ida DAMENT

DAMENT, Ida Marie Passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Friday, June 20, 2008 in her 86th year. Ida Dament (nee Gorr) of Pembroke, wife of the late Lloyd Dament (1979), and by first marriage the late Dennis Kirchmayer (1952). Dear mother of Karen St. Cyr (Laurence), Pembroke. Predeceased by sons James Dament (1979), and David Kirchmayer (1991). Grandma to Trevor, Bradley (Tanya), and Bryan (Amy). Sister of Ethel, Martha, and Ivy. Predeceased by sister Annie and brothers John and Henry, as well as half-brothers and sisters Albert, George, Tina, Minna, and Hilda. Daughter of the late Christian and Emma Gorr (nee Thom). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ida will be missed by many who knew her as 'Grandma'. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT, & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Monday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Pembroke, on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Petawawa.
