Howard Miehm

Miehm, Howard Vincent - passed away at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the age of 95 years.

Howard Miehm of Petawawa, dearly loved husband of 71 years to Marion Miehm (nee Laronde).  Dear father of Michael Miehm, Ottawa; Caroline Poole (late Robert), Petawawa; and Doreen Walsh (late Michael), Montreal.  Predeceased by daughters Sharon & Jo-ann; and by son Robert.  Cherished grandfather to many grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.  Son of the late Charles and Florence Miehm (nee Hehn); and predeceased by brother George Miehm (Gladys), Kitchener.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke on Monday, September 20, 2021 from 1 to 3:00 p.m.  Prayers of the Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m.  Interment in St. Columba's Cemetery, Pembroke.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Butterfly Foundation at Miramichi Lodge would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
