GROVES, Hazel Ann In Marianhill, Pembroke on Tuesday, August 19th, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Hazel Groves (nee Gibson), wife of the late Ronald Groves. Dear mother of Lynda Osborne (late Robert), Pembroke; Kim Groves (Denise), Augsburg; Richard Groves, Renfrew; Lisa Pritchard (Ken), Pembroke; and Margaret Groves (Carlos Guterrez), Ottawa. Predeceased by son Peter Groves. Grandmother of Michael and Jennifer; Christine and Jackie; Tamey, Shannon, Patrick, and Shane; Ron and David; Peter, Timothy and Kevin; and 14 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Reginald and Elizabeth Gibson (nee Swan) and sisters Peggy and Lola. Survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held in Calvin United Church, Pembroke on Friday, August 22nd at 2 p.m. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Pembroke Regional Hospital Dialysis Unit or Marianhill would be appreciated).
