FORREST, Harvey John – was called home on Sunday, September 22, 2024 in his 89th year.
Harvey Forrest of Pembroke, beloved husband of 64 years to Myrtle Forrest (nee Plath). Admired father of Andrew Forrest, California and Blair Forrest (Darlene), Whitewater Region. Survived by sister Vera Chlow (Roger), New Brunswick and predeceased by brother Hugh Forrest. Remembered by nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Petawawa Presbyterian Church, 24 Ethel St., Petawawa on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. followed by fellowship and interment in Howard Cemetery, Foresters Falls. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Petawawa Presbyterian Church, Salvation Army or Kiwanis Club of Pembroke would be appreciated.
