HEUBNER, Harry Norman Died peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 in his 82nd year. Harry is survived by wife Mona (nee Hammel), son Terry, Pembroke, daughter Heather McKay (Kevin), Ottawa and granddaughters Amy and Sarah. Brother of Leonard (Elinor) and Bernice (Mrs. Cecil Kranz). Predeceased by brothers Edwin (Helen) and Edgar (late Alice) and sisters Erva (Mrs. Herb Daber) and Esther (Mrs. Garnet Gorr) . Son of the late Herb and Pauline Heubner (nee Prange). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service in St Peter's Lutheran Church, Alice on Friday, February 12th at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in St Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. (As an expression of sympathy donations to the Memorial Fund of St Peter's Church or the Cancer Society would be appreciated). The family would like to thank Dr. S.A. Laliberte, and Third Floor Medical Unit Nurses and Hospital Staff for the care they gave Harry. Also, the family wishes to thank relatives, neighbours and friends who visited and expressed get-well-wishes while Harry was in hospital. Your kindness and support are very much appreciated.
