Harold Cliche

CLICHE, Harold Kenneth - passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital with family by his side on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in his 90th year.

Harold "Bucko" Cliche of Pembroke, beloved husband of 62 years to Velma Cliche (nee Lamkie).  Loving father of Linda Cliche (Mike Hambleton), Petawawa; Randy Cliche (Marion), Pembroke; Nancy Demers (Dan Sloan), Pembroke; Steven Cliche (Shelley), Barrie; and Heather Gauthier (Jason), Petawawa.  Loving grandfather (Papa) of Chris, Kaitlyn, Nicole, Taylor, Josh, Jacob, Meagan, Zachary, Andrew, Alyssa & Cole; and great-grandfather of Chloe, Kyler, Avery, Logan & Jordan.  Predeceased by parents Jules & Imgard Cliche (nee Soike), brothers Clarence & Elmer Cliche; and sisters Lois Doucet, Eleanor & Dorothy Cliche.  Survived by sisters-in-law Marie & Violet Cliche; and brother-in-law John Doucet.  Also sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at Wesley United Church, Pembroke on Monday at 11:00 a.m.  Spring Interment in Perretton United Cemetery.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
