EBRECHT, Hans Berthold (former president of the Germania Club, former member of the City of Pembroke's Industrial Commission, and former part-owner of Algonquin Lumber Inc.) Suddenly at his home on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010 in his 84th year. Hans Ebrecht of 11 Maple Ave., Pembroke, survived by his former wife Herta and loving father of Margaret and Norman, and grandsons Justin, Brandon and Markus. Brother of Annemarie Bartolomaeus (husband Bernd) of Germany. Respecting Hans' wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held in the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Chapel, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Saturday, June 19th at 2 p.m. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated).
