SILKE, Grant - passed away at Marianhill on Sunday, May 31, 2015 in his 91st year. Grant Silke of Petawawa husband of the late Regina Silke (nee Schwartz). Dear father of Marion Mainprize (James), Sudbury; and Michael Silke (Barbara), Petawawa. Dear grandfather of Robert Mainprize (Jennifer), Melissa Dermody (David) & Michael Mainprize, all of Sudbury; and Steven Silke, Petawawa & Ashley Silke, Ottawa. Great-grandfather to Cassandra & Cory Mainprize and Connor & Katie Dermody. Predeceased by infant son, Stanley Bernie, brothers Arthur & Esmore Silke and sisters Hattie Cliche, Louise Dament, Gladys Mandle, Gerlivine Silke & Pearl Welk. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Wednesday, June 3 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St John's Lutheran Church, Petawawa on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Petawawa.
