MEISTER, Gordon Lewis Retired Master Corporal - 27 years - Veteran WWII Passed away peacefully at his home in Pembroke on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the age of 83 years. Gordon Meister of Elton St., Pembroke, beloved husband of Myrtle Meister (nee Thorpe). Brother of Robert (Gus) Meister (wife Janet), Kentville, NS. Survived by several cousins, nieces & nephews. Son of the late Ralph & Muriel Meister. By request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home Chapel, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremated remains in Kentville Nova Scotia.
