GRAVELLE, Godfrey Xavier - passed away peacefully at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the age of 94 years. Godfrey Gravelle of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of 70 years to Leona Gravelle (nee Zadow). Dear father of Michael Gravelle (Brenda), Chalk River; David Gravelle, Toronto; Susan Autio (Reino), Deep River; and Timothy Gravelle, Eganville. Grampa to Lesley House (Geoffrey), Kerri Huibers (Randy), Jennifer Sparks (Jeffrey), Katie Gilbert (Eric), Jameson Fletcher, Matti Autio (Crystal), Adam Autio (Kristina), Erin Autio (Michael Etue), Kristian Autio (Nicole) and Marcus Autio. Great-grandfather to Olivia & Avery House; Cameron, Owen & Nathan Sparks; Emma & Charlie Huibers; Jaydan, Samuel & Mhara Autio; Lukas, Bridget, Bradley & Nicholas Etue; and Tomas, Maija & Lilija Autio. Predeceased by brothers Albert (late Marguerite), Oscar (late Ethel), Owen (late Theresa) & Clayton (late Margaret). Son of the late Joseph (Gid) and Mae Gravelle (nee Charlebois). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St. Pembroke on Sunday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
