SCHROEDER, Gilbert August Wesley Passed away in hospital, Pembroke on Monday, March 20th, 2006 at the age of 84 years. Gilbert Schroeder of Supples Landing, and formerly of RR#7 Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Rita Schroeder (nee Sell). Dear father of Carol (Edmond Brazeau), Pembroke; Welland (predeceased Linda; Lorraine), Golden Lake; Bruce (Donna) Chetwynd BC; Harris (Donna), Beachburg; David, Cobden; Brian (Kathy), Pembroke; Kent (Judy), Ottawa; Wanda (Larry Hilts), Pembroke; Timothy (Karen), Beachburg: Stephen (Helen), Pembroke; Elizabeth (Ron Labron), Pembroke; and Mark (Kim), Pembroke; and daughter-in-law Paulette. Grandfather to 25 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Brother of Clifford Schroeder (Loretta), Sudbury; Gilmore Schroeder (Hilda), Sudbury; Orma Hein, Sudbury; and Beverly Nowoselsky (Martin), Markstay. Predeceased by brothers Elsworth, Lorne, Lester, Elmer and sisters Beatrice Hein, Edith Lenser, Myrtle and infants Bernice, Orval, Ruth, and Nelda. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 p.m. Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday, March 23 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
