LEMIRE, Gerard (Gerry) Alfred Passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, March 6, 2009 at the age of 69. Gerry Lemire of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of Joyce Lemire (nee Liebeck). Dear father of Elaine Jessup (Eldon), Pembroke; Sheila Monaghan (Jim), Cold Lake, AB; and Lisa McNeil (Jason), Pembroke. Predeceased by an infant son. Loving grandfather of Shawn, Joshua, & David Jessup; and Michael & Brandon Burke. Brother of Beth Jones (Jim), Pembroke; Marcel Lemire (Suzanne), Pembroke; René Lemire (Jeannine), Montréal; and Louis Lemire, Merritt, BC. Son of the late Léonard and Marie Lemire (nee Girard). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Thursday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Evangelical United Church, Pembroke, on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Evangelical United Cemetery, Pembroke.
