Gerald Tabbert

TABBERT, Gerald Albert – passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at age 87.  

Gerald Tabbert of Pembroke, beloved husband of Lois Tabbert (nee Hawkins).  Loving father of Heather Steege (Grant), late Glenn (Kathy), Bruce and Laurie Anne Kaufmann (Tom).  Lovingly remembered by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Dear brother of William “Bill” (Grace), Earl (Joan), Hilbert (Betty) and Barbara Kramer (Bob). Son of the late Frederick and Mary (nee Gust) Tabbert.  Predeceased by granddaughter Stacey, sisters Dorothy Zadow (late Rudy), Erma Edwards (late Grant) and brothers Henry (Eleanor), Stanley (late Margaret), Harold and Edwin (late Pearl).

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday, December 29 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Service Thursday, December 30 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 605 Black Bay Road, Petawawa at 11:00 a.m.  Interment St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in the spring.
