Gerald Pixley

Pixley, Gerald – passed away peacefully at Miramichi Lodge on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 a few days after celebrating his 87th birthday.

Gerald Lyman Pixley of Pembroke, retired from AECL Radiation & Industrial Safety Branch. Beloved husband of the late Mavis Pixley (nee Noack), and dear friend of Ruby Davidson. Cherished father of Sharon Stanovie (Jim), Lee Ann Vynckier (Steve), Bruce Pixley and late daughter Barbara. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Cheryl & Brian (Tania) Kovats and late grandson Shawn Doubois. Great-grandfather of Rylee, Nature, Raine & Autumn. Predeceased by his parents Asa & Emma Pixley (nee Switzer) and by his siblings Dean Pixley (late Barb) and Marion Peterson (late Ron). Gerald will be missed by his niece and nephews; Ruth, John & Ace and also by his sister-in-law Geraldine Wyise.

Respecting Gerald’s wishes cremation has taken place. Due to COVID 19, a private family graveside service will be held in Calvin United Cemetery, Pembroke.
