VAN STARKENBURG, Geerlof (Gerry) Peacefully, the Lord called unto Himself from the Norcliffe Lifecare Centre, Hagersville on Tuesday, November 9th, 2004. Gerry Van Starkenburg of Parkview Meadows, Townsend and formerly of Pembroke in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Janna (nee Zandbergen). Dear father of Dirk and Cathy of Micksburg; Sue Dam of Australia; the late Keesje (1962); Jack and Debbie of Pembroke; Gerald and Evelyn of Pembroke; William and Corrien of Calgary, Alberta; Casey and fiance Catherine of Calgary, Alberta; Mary Ann and Ken Benjamins of Jarvis; and Jane and Fred Wouda of Cobden. Loving grandfather of 26 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 7 brothers and sisters. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday from 2 until 4:00 and 7 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Christian Reformed Church, Pembroke on Friday, November 12th, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Wesley United Cemetery.
