KIRK, Gary Gordon It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Gary Kirk in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday, May 29, 2010, in his 65th year. Husband of Ruth (nee Brose), father of Wendy (Sheldon) Richard, David (Matt Smith), and Heidi; grandfather of Ashton and Avery Richard, brother of Wayne (Jane-Anne), Heather Kirk-Scharfe (Richard Scharfe); uncle of Niki Schrie (Derrick West), and Wesley and Warren Kirk. Son of the late Gordon and Shirley Kirk (nee Paull) and grandson of the late Minnie Kirk (nee Grommoll). Son-in-law of the late Olive Brose (nee Reiche) and the late Wilfred Brose (wife Florence). Owner-operator of Kirk's Electric Motor Works. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Germanicus, Lake Dore Road on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in St. John's Cemetery.
