Gary Biggs

BIGGS, Ray Garth “Gary” – passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, October 29, 2018 at the age of 86 years.

Gary Biggs of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of 60 years to Iris Biggs (nee Cameron).  Loving father of Robert (Angie), Eckville AB; Mark (Donna), Pembroke & Christopher (Patricia), Pembroke.  Cherished grandfather of Tanya, Gary (Kelli) & Megan; Erik, Jamie-Lynn & Camryn; and Ryan.  Proud great-grandfather of Kane, Mason & Aubri.  Son of the late Lyman and Crystal Biggs (nee Kossatz); and predeceased by sisters Joyce Clarke (late Earl) & Adele Cameron (late Jack).  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Respecting Gary’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.  A Memorial Service will be held at Greenwood United Church, Pembroke on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with interment in Greenwood United Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
