Garnet Dennis Hubert

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Garnet Hubert, who passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on January 29, 2025, at the age of 81 years.

Garnet Dennis Hubert, beloved husband of Joan Hubert (née Kutschke) for 56 wonderful years. A devoted father, he is survived by his sons Scotty (Karen) Hubert and Kyle (Cynthia) Hubert and is reunited with his late son, Jamie Hubert. He was a cherished grandfather to Ashley, Hannah, and Chloe Hubert. Son of the late Richard & Stella Hubert (nee Popp). Garnet will be deeply missed by his extended family, including many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. 

Visitation will held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Spring Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Germanicus. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.  In memory of Garnet, donations can be made to Valley Animal Rescue or the Renfrew SPCA
