BRUM, Garnet Herbert Passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Friday, May 15, 2009, in his 85th year. Garnet Brum of Round Lake, beloved husband of Thelma Brum (nee Kielman). Dear father of Barry Brum (Gail), Pembroke; Terry Brum (Donna), Round Lake; Wendy Thompson (Keith), Maple Ridge, BC; Tim Brum (Grace), Pembroke; Christine Rosien (Vaughan), Callander; and Greg Brum (Charlene), Pembroke. Grandpa Garnie to Jeffrey (Melodie) & Jason (Debbie), Trevor (Jenny) & Sherry (Richard), Craig & Scott, Ashley & Jonathan, and Jordan & Alyssa. Great-Grandpa Garnie to Tyrell, Joshua, Aidan, Brady, Caleb and Jacob. Brother of Alice Behnke (late Alex), Ottawa; Norman Brum, Pembroke; and Stan Brum (Pearl), Pembroke. Predeceased by Lawrence Brum (Catherine), Pembroke. Son of the late Henry and Margaret Brum (nee Schultz). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Sunday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke, on Monday, May 18, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
