KAECHLER, Gail E. - peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in her 71st year. Gail Kaechler (nee LeFaive) of Petawawa, loving wife of Dale Kaechler. Cherished mother of Barbara Halliday, Nanaimo BC. Beloved Gram to Stephanie & Gregory Halliday. Dearly loved sister of Grant LeFaive (Judy), Coquitlam BC. Special aunt to Michelle & Sam. Gail will also be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends. Sincerest gratitude to Dr. Castillo, the nursing staff on 2B at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, especially Hillary. Memorial visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, August 14 from 6-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
