MAVES, Freda A. Passed away suddenly at her residence in Supple's Landing on Monday, September 20, 2010 at the age of 80 years. Freda Maves (nee Burgess) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Orval Maves. Dearly loved mother to Katherine Schulmeister (husband Dennis), Edmonton, AB; and Robert Maves (wife Kim), Braeside, ON. Loving grandmother to Brooks, Chanel & Celina; Trista, Adey (Chris), Cherie, Jared, Nikita, and Keanna. Great-grandmother of Micah, Cora, Nolana & Carson. Predeceased by her sister Leila Robinson brother and Mervin Burgess. Daughter of the late Fred & Annie Burgess (nee Collins). Survived by her nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Tuesday, September 28 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and at the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Service in the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at the Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery.
