MANWELL, Franklin Carmen “Jake” – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frank after a brief illness with his family by his side on Monday, February 10, 2020 in his 75th year. Frank “Jake” Manwell of Pembroke, beloved husband of 52 years to Gerri Manwell (nee Visutskie). Survived by his siblings Boyd, Doug & Linda Hudson. Brother-in-law of Glen Visutskie, Carl Visutskie & Beverley Wallis. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved nephews Dale, Derek, Jeff, Greg (Jen), Josh, Steven and Micheal and by his nieces Shelley, Kristin (Mike), Allison (Frank), Jessica & Breanne as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his only daughter Candy Lyn, his parents Russell & Leona Manwell (nee Weckworth); father-in-law Bronis Visutskie & mother-in-law Margaret Visutskie; brothers-in-law Keith Hudson, Richard, Melvin & Micheal Visutskie; sister-in-law Barbara Manwell and great-nephew Parker Norris. Respecting Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Renfrew County S.P.C.A would be appreciated.
