Florence Goddard

GODDARD, Florence Elizabeth – passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at the age of 100 years.

Florence Goddard (nee Willoughby) of Pembroke, wife of the late Lawrence Goddard (1987). Dear mother of Beth Goddard, Pembroke & Ellen Goddard, Edmonton. Cherished grandmother of James Goddard, Montreal. Predeceased by her parents Henry & Vera Willoughby (nee Wells) and her siblings Henry Willoughby & Dorothy Chalmers.

She leaves behind many friendships and memories at Algonquin College Pembroke, where she volunteered for 25 years.

A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment of ashes at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery. All attendees must pre-register with the funeral home by calling 613-732-3637. Masks are mandatory. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, which she long supported in memory of her husband Larry, or to Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Pembroke.
