RAABE, Esther Helen - Passed away peacefully at Marianhill on Monday, November 30th, 2015 at the age of 92 years. Esther Raabe (nee Burskey) of Pembroke, wife of the late Earl Raabe. Dear mother of Robert Raabe (Tess), Thunder Bay; Sheila Landon (Tom), Pembroke; Murray Raabe (Paulette), Peterborough; Donald Raabe (Rose), Greely; & David Raabe, Merrickville. Predeceased by son Arlin Raabe (late Ann), and infant girls Judith & Peggy. Gramma Raabe to many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Albert and Mary Burskey (nee Goldberg). Sister of Leona Hein, Pembroke. Predeceased by sisters Ida Lehman, Mabel Lehman & Selma Bucholtz and brothers Dave & Gordon Burskey. Visitation will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 454 Miller St., Pembroke on Friday, December 4th from 12-1:45 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
