ZOSCHKE, Elsie Laura Passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in her 85th year. Elsie Zoschke (nee Jonas) of Pembroke, wife of Alfred Zoschke. Dear mother of Brenda Tromp (John), and Arlene Ling (Mark), both of Pembroke. Grandmother of Jeffrey (fiance Yasmin), Christopher (Laura), & Rebecca (Matt); and Nathan, Laura (fiance Jason), Matthew (Denise), & Kristin. Predeceased by grandson Philip. Great-grandmother of Carter, Evan & Owen; and Jeramie & Mitchell. Sister of Walter Jonas (late Sheila), Ottawa; and Lillian Hampel Pembroke. Predeceased by brothers Alfred, Herbert, Edward, William, & Max Jonas; and sister Hilda Millar. Survived by sister-in-law Beatrice Jonas and brother-in-law Clarence Millar, both of Pembroke. Daughter of the late William & Mary Jonas (nee Melcher). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Friday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke, on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
