Elsa Butterworth

Butterworth, Elsa – passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, August 5, 2019 in her 82nd year.

Elsa Butterworth (nee Dermann) of Pembroke, beloved wife of Ray Butterworth.  Mother of Angeline, Susan, Doris, Michael and Robert Butterworth.  “Mama” to Jessica, Derek & Shaun; and David; and Great-Mama to Nena, Jenna, Josh & Liam; and Korben.  Daughter of the late Adolph and Olga Dermann (nee Hillius).  Sister of Albert Dermann (late Elizabeth), Elfriede Kaiser (late Matthias) and the late Arnold Dermann. 

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 2 to 4:00 & 7 to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 1 to 2:45 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 3:00 p.m., followed by cremation.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.  Online donations and condolences are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
