OLMSTEAD, Eleanor Frances Passed away in the Reachview Village Nursing Home, Uxbridge on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at the age of 89 years. Eleanor Olmstead (nee Berndt), formerly of Pembroke wife of the late Leslie Olmstead and by second marriage the late George Zacharewicz. Predeceased by son Carson Olmstead. Loving grandmother of Leanna, Christopher, and Elaine; and 8 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late William & Annie Berndt (nee Krause). Predeceased by brothers Murray & Leonard Berndt and sister Viola Schreader (husband Norman), Pembroke. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday from 12-1:00 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Zion Evangelical United Cemetery.
