COLLINS, Eleanor B. Passed away peacefully in hospital, Pembroke on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 in her 91st year. Eleanor Collins (nee Hampel) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Milton Collins (2003). Dearly loved mother of Ronald Collins (Paula), Pembroke; Brian Collins (Grace), Pembroke; Wayne Collins (Sylvana), Stratford; and Debbie Deitch (John), Ottawa. Grandmother of Tyler, Christopher, Nick, Amy, Matthew, Phillip and Pamela. Great-grandmother of Liam. Sister of Viona (Vi) Fischer (late Eldon), Pembroke and Laurinda Nieman (late Percy), Petawawa. Predeceased by brother Elroy Hampel and sister Amanda Krieger (late Ray). Survived by sister-in-law Florence Hampel, Pembroke and several nieces & nephews. Daughter of the late Arthur and Ella Hampel. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in St. Timothy's Lutheran Church on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Zion-St. Timothy's Lutheran Cemetery.
