KING, Rev. Edwin George - passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the age of 77 years. Pastor Edwin King of Pembroke, beloved husband of Elizabeth King (nee Burt). Dear father of Glenn King (Michael), Beverley Moss (Rev. Brian), Dennis King (Cindy), Joy King (Elinor), Barry King (Kristin), Pamela King-Werle (late Craig), Jonathan King (Bruni) & Esther Gillingham (Len). Grandfather of Matthew (Trina) & Mark (Hilary) Moss; Jory & Cody King; Hillary & the late Hannah Werle; Kaitlyn, Nathan & Brooklyn King; and Clara Gillingham; as well as great-grandchildren Ava, Lorelai & Lilli Moss. Survived by seven brothers & sisters; and predeceased by one brother. Son of the late Alfred & Gladys King (nee Farr). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the PEMBROKE PENTECOSTAL TABERNACLE, corner of Highways 41 and 17, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 7 to 9:00 p.m., and Thursday after 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery.
