BURCHART, Edith Margaretha Peacefully in Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Monday, October 5th, 2009 at the age of 89 years. Edith Burchart (nee Jurden), formerly of 452 James Street, Pembroke, wife of the late Elmer Burchart. Dear mother of Gwendolyn Burchart, Deep River. Predeceased by son Raymond Burchart (1976). Mother-in-law to Linda Pitman (John), North Bay. Grama to Tammy Estabrooks (Greg), North Bay; and Troy Burchart (Liz), North Bay. Grama B to Alyssa, Kayla, Erin and Ethan Estabrooks; and Kim and Amy Burchart. Daughter of the late John and Adela Jurden (nee Sonnenburg). Predeceased by sisters Vera McConnell (late Merv), Mabel Prince (late Ambrose) and Mildred Berger (late Ben) and brothers Harvey (late June), Jack (late Eva) and Gordon Jurden and nephews Robert and Adam Prince and her niece Joanne Prince and nephews Bernie, Ronnie and Clarence Berger. Survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Respecting Edith's wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Wednesday, October 7th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
