MELCHER, Edgar Arnold - passed away at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Friday, February 8, 2013 in his 91st year. Edgar Melcher of Pembroke, husband of the late Greta Melcher (nee Reiche). Dear father of Lori Carnival (Darwin), Pembroke; and grandfather of Darren, Anthony & Nathanael. Brother of Mildred Grant (late Bertal) & Bill Melcher (Ronnalie), both of Pembroke. Predeceased by sisters Gertrude Lindeman (late Edmond) & Adeline Getz (late Rev. Henry). Son of the late William and Minnie Melcher (nee Hoffman). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday from 7 to 9:00 p.m.; and on Monday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion/St. Timothy's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
