BALLANTYNE, Earl James Suddenly in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Earl Ballantyne of Pembroke beloved husband of Marjorie Ballantyne (nee McGregor). Dear father of daughters Nora Spence (John), Ottawa and Barbara Ballantyne (Tim Bradley), Ottawa. Special grandfather to Mathew and Julie Spence; and Devan Bradley. Predeceased by siblings: Rev Gordon (Mable), Lakefield; and Lois Nesbitt-Richards. Resting at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Norway Bay, Quebec.
