GALINSKI, E. Ruth (Retired from Renfrew County & District School Board - 22 years and Long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church) Went home to be with her Lord & Saviour, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the age of 66 years. Ruth Galinski (nee Bale) of Petawawa, beloved wife of Peter Galinski. Cherished mother to Michael (Lynn), Mississauga and Lana Hoelke (Steve), North Bay. Devoted Nana to Jesse, Brady, Adam, Abigaile, Kadrienne and Keegan. Dearly loved sister of Bonnie Bale, Sault Ste. Marie; William "Bill" Bale (Lea), North Bay; Frank Bale (Brenda), London; and Robert "Bob" Bale (Susan), Sudbury. Predeceased by parents Ernest & Irene Bale (nee Lawrence). She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Judy Bale (late husband Edward "Ted"), North Bay; and Mary Lou Smith (Paul), also of North Bay; many nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service in Calvary Baptist Church, 567 Melton St., Pembroke on Monday, April 5 at 11 a.m. Interment in Laurentian View Cemetery, Doran St., Petawawa.
