ANDERSON, Dorothy Lavina Passed away suddenly surrounded by her family in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Friday, April 14th, 2006 at the age of 76 years. Dorothy Anderson (nee Stewart) of Pembroke, beloved wife of Robert Allan Anderson. Loving mother of Linda Baillie (Denis), Egmont, B.C.; Kathryn Bennett (Steve), Pembroke; Betty Anderson (Carl), Pembroke; and Stewart Anderson (Tina), Kingston. Devoted grandmother of Lindsey, Phillip, Michael, and Haleigh Bennett; Natasha (Jason), Jillian, and Mallorie Chartrand; Mitchell Anderson; and adorable great-granddaughter Lily Chartrand. Predeceased by Charles Stewart (Leona Schultz), Merritt, B.C.; Peter Stewart (Olive Bertrand), Douglas Stewart (Betty McNeice), G.W. (Bill) Stewart, James Stewart (Fay Gonneau), and Lillian Holt (Ray), all from Deep River; Ellen Armstrong (William), Ottawa; and brother-in-law Stewart C. Devlin, Deep River. Survived by sister Laura Devlin Sneddon (James), Deep River. Much loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, Boots and Buffy. Sister-in-law of Andy Anderson (Dot), Pembroke; Helen McGillis (Carson), Edmonton; Doris Bell (Wally), Pembroke; Betty Kehoe (Del), Kingston; and Marion Richardson (Bill), Toronto. Pre-deceased by Nancy Hobart (Jack) and Elaine Richardson (Stu), both of Peterborough. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 10-11:30 a.m. Service in the Greenwood United Church on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenwood United Cemetery.
