Dear mother of Pat Bergsma (Lou Schull) of Pembroke & Lois Smit (George) of Cary, North Carolina. Predeceased by her son Perry. Beloved grandmother of Gregory Bergsma, Angela Bergsma & Stephanie Stewart, and Heather & Sonja Smit. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Margaret Cook. Sister of Kenneth (Charlene) Cook of Prescott. Predeceased by her brother Dean Cook. Sister-in-law of Helen Cook.
