Donald Frederick Elwood Pearson

PEARSON, Donald Frederick Elwood – Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 18, 2022 at the age of 86 years.

Donald Pearson of Pembroke, beloved husband of 62 years of Janet (nee Story).  Loving father of Linda Fawcett (Don Goard) and Karen Pocock (Stuart).  Cherished grandfather of Amanda Grande (John), Brian Fawcett (Sarah O’Heir), Clint, Shaina, and Kaitlyn Pocock, great-grandfather of Autumn, Bradley, Kara, Benjamin and Jackson.  Dear brother of Glenn Pearson (Heather), late Shirley Lesway (late Willis) and late Wayne Pearson (Mary).  Predeceased by parents Elwood and Muriel Pearson (nee Rooke).  Don’s family were very special to him.

Respecting Donald’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Service in Memory will be held at Wesley United Church on Tuesday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m.  Interment Wesley United Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Wesley United Church appreciated.  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com
