BARTS, Dr. Donald Vincent (Doctor of Dentistry in Pembroke for 25 years) Died peacefully in his home at Supple's Landing on the evening of Tuesday, February 27th, 2007 at the age of 92. Dr. Don Barts of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Barts (nee Turnbull). Dearly loved father of Valri Poley (husband George), of Pembroke and Dean Barts of Edmonton. Grandfather of Erica & Danen. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters. Cherished companion of Gigi Bordeleau. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Supple's Landing, the ICU Nurses at the Pembroke Regional Hospital and Dr. Colin McPherson. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. Memorial Service in Calvin United Church on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the Church Hall.
