BOLAND, W. Donald “Don” – passed away suddenly at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Don Boland of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of the late Evelyn Boland (nee Lehman). Dear father of Steven Boland (late Sandy), Pembroke; Catherine Kauffeldt (Ken), Sudbury; Kelly Boland (Cathy), Pembroke and Tami Smith (Michael), Newmarket. Cherished Papa to Carl Boland (Tonya), Kevin Boland (Michelle) & Laura Hiltz (James); Jennifer Burns (Michael) & Jason Kauffeldt (Kate); Carol Boland (Andrew Aubrey) & Thomas Boland (Amy Crotenko) and Amanda & Colin Smith; as well as 13 great-grandchildren. Son of the late William “Bill” and Margaret Boland (nee Brydges). Also survived by sisters-in-law Vivian Carnegie & Joan Lehman as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 2 to 4:00 & 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
