JONES, Denise Marie Berthe (Public Servant for 29 years at CFB Petawawa, and long time volunteer at the Bernadette McCann House) Passed away peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke, on Saturday, February 10, 2007, at the age of 73 years. Denise Jones (nee Desrosiers) of Petawawa, wife of the late Francis "Corkey" Jones. Dear mother of Dennis Jones (Roberta), Dartmouth, N.S.; Kevin Jones (Nancy), Chilliwack, B.C.; and Norm Jones, Petawawa. Nanny to Samantha and Sarah-Jean; and Jennifer. Daughter of the late Mignonne Ouimet. Sister to Pierrette Dumas, Claudette Ethier, Marcel Desrosiers, and Jean Desrosiers, all of Montreal. Predeceased by brother Germain Desrosiers. Survived by dear aunt Clair Ouimet-Dodd as well as many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt, and Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke, on Wednesday from 2 to 4, and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Thursday, February 15, at 2:00 p.m., followed by cremation.
