RAYMOND, Darlene Elizabeth (nee Lamkie) It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our loving mother on Monday, July 25th, 2005 at the age of 66 years, surrounded by her loving children after a courageous battle with heart disease at the Ottawa Heart Institute. She will be forever loved and missed. Darlene Raymond (nee Lamkie) of 480 Maple Ave. Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Joseph Raymond. Dear mother of Marie Raymond (late Joey Gauthier), Pembroke; Janet Bredlaw (Carson), Pembroke; Raymond Raymond (Johanne), Gatineau; Dale Boutilier (Dan), Pembroke; Claudette Pearce (Richard), Pembroke; Marcel Raymond, Gatineau; and Arlene Murphy (Kerry), Pembroke. Loving Mamere of Jennifer, Jamie, Julie, Shawn, Alisia, Mandy, Daniel, Micheal, Christopher, Ryan, Sarah, Samantha, Nicholas, Jason, Tyler, Lance, Ashley, Rebbecca, Krystal and Chantal. Loving great-grandmamere of Nathan, Macie, Cody, Isaiah, Connor, Noah, Emma, Jesse, Jaxon, Lily and Dallas.. Daughter of the late George and Ethel Lamkie (nee Severin). Sister of Jean Green (husband late Desmond), Pembroke; Idena Edwards (husband Archie), Pembroke; Velma Cliche (husband Harold), Pembroke; and Ernest Lamkie (wife late Madeline), Pembroke. Predeceased by sisters Eva Landrie (husband Carl Herault), Evelyn Koss (husband late Lorne), Fern Goldberg (husband late Richard), Betty Prince (husband late Arthur), Gwen Smith (husband Walter); and brothers Lyle Lamkie (killed in action in Holland in W.W. 2), and Jack Lamkie. Aunt Darlene will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Service at Grace United Church, Perretton on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment in Grace United Cemetery, Perretton.
