TUPMAN, Crystal V. After a courageous battle with cancer, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 16th 2005 in her 89th year. Crystal Tupman of Pembroke daughter of the late John & Mary Schizkoske, beloved wife of Eugene and loving mother of Jim Tupman (Beryl) of Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON and Mary Thomas (Lyle), of Clearwater, B.C. Devoted grandmother of Clayton Thomas (Carrie), Lowell Tupman and Lionel Tupman, and great-grandmother of Christie Thomas. Crystal studied piano with the late Clara Meitz, achieving her Licentiate from the Dominion College of Music at the age of sixteen. She was an active member of the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle, serving as Bible Class teacher and organist for many years. Special thanks for kindness and compassionate care to Dr. Sutherland and Dr. Mgbemena, faithful friends, the Renfrew County Community Care Association, and Access nurses Petra and Rachel. Mrs. Tupman is resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 until 4:00 and 7 until 9:00 p.m. and at the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle on Wednesday from 1 until 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle on Wednesday, July 20th, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Zion Evangelical United Cemetery.
