Claudette Preston

PRESTON, Claudette – passed away peacefully at Marianhill on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the age of 83 years.

Claudette Preston (nee Lefebvre) of Cornwall, wife of the late Wilburn “Bill” Preston. Dear mother of Lisa Hamilton (Brian) of Westmeath & Robert Preston (Jackie) of Cornwall. Cherished Nan to Lindsay & Kyle (Rebecca) Hamilton; and Andrew Preston (Tiffany), Katie Offenbacher (Matt) & Matthew Preston. Great-grandmother to Sophia, Alexander, Ayla, Sawyer, Leah & Mallory. Predeceased by parents Daniel & Jeannette Lefebvre (nee Quenville) and by brother Daniel Lefebvre (Reina). Survived and missed by her niece and nephews.  Special Thank-you to the nurses and PSWs at Bayshore for their care of Mom in her home, and to Dr. Murray, the nurses and PSWs at Marianhill Hospice.

Respecting Claudette’s wishes, cremation has taken place; and a private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Cornwall. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke; and Sullivan Funeral Home, Cornwall.
