MCCONNELL, Clarence Elmer (Retired Syncrude Crane Operator) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clarence Elmer McConnell, peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Clarence McConnell of Petawawa, beloved husband and father, will be dearly missed by his wife Shirley; sons Alfred Thomas & Robert; and daughters Colleen & Kathleen. Beloved grandfather and great-grandfather to his many Bubbins'. Clarence is predeceased by brothers Lawrence (Slim), Edward, Alex, Sydney, Reginald & James; and sisters Mabel Gorr, Hazel Burgess & Muriel Selkirk. He is survived by his brother Clifford and sister Helen Cotnam. At the family's request, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
