SELL, Christie E. Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Miramichi Lodge on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in his 90th year. Christie Sell of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Sell (nee Popkie). Dear father of Marilyn Michel (husband Bert), Petawawa; Murray Sell (wife Sandra), Pembroke; Lorraine Schroeder (husband Welland), Lake Dore; and Brenda Zohr (husband Ken), also of Lake Dore. Predeceased by son-in-law Murray Schultze. Grandfather of Heather (Alan), Cheryl (Robert), Cynthia (Dave), & Melody (Carman); Christian (Erin) & Nathan (Sherryl); Janet (Ken), Karen (Corey) & Lori (Joel); and Jonathan & Andrew. Great-grandfather of Kirstin, Ian, Corey, Ryan, Spencer, Colin, Evan, Carter, Matthew, Jakob, & Clara. Brother of Myrtle Verch (late husband Richard) and Hildegard Verch (late husband Ellard). Predeceased by brothers Harold & Victor Sell and sisters Elizabeth Timm Boland and Edna Berry. Survived by sisters-in-law Marion Sell & Annette Lafaver. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Son of the late Henry & Augusta Sell (nee Resmer). Christie was a long time member of the Zion Lutheran Church Men's Choir. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
